Peter Alkema: a course production desk

Peter Alkema is a technology executive who teaches on Udemy. Producing a new course meant a script, a recording day, slides, a workbook, and a quiz bank, each in a different tool.

What we built

A production desk that starts from an outline and produces lesson scripts, still frames, a PDF workbook, multiple-choice questions, and voiced takes ready to cut into video.

Quality checks

Each step has a review point. If the script, the visuals, and the quiz disagree, the desk stops and shows all three. Lessons Peter wants in his own voice stay that way.

What changed

Peter runs the desk himself and publishes new courses without a studio week.
