Do not become a slave of AI. Make the model do the copying, then check the work yourself.

The useful version of AI in a company is a clerk that never gets tired of moving a row. The dangerous version is a voice in the room that sounds sure. People start accepting the first draft because it arrived formatted. That is how you become a zombie of the tool. You still have a job title. You no longer have a standard.

We put models inside workflows on purpose. We do not put them in charge. A draft can come from a model. A send, a publish, a payment, or a course that goes live still needs a named person. If you cannot say who that person is, do not turn the flow on.

Always open the workflow, not only the output

When something looks wrong, do not ask the model to explain itself in a chat window. Open the run. Look at the input, the branch it took, and the payload it wrote. If you cannot see those three things, you do not have automation. You have a mood.

We keep a stuck list on every serious desk. If a job is unsure, it stops and waits. It does not invent a polite answer so the chart stays green. Green charts with silent gaps are how a team learns to stop checking.

Make the model your clerk, not your manager

Give it the work you already know how to judge: classify this email, pull these lines, draft this paragraph, assemble this video from a script you already approved. Do not give it the work you have never done by hand. If you have never walked the exception, you will not notice when the model skips it.

That is the same rule we used on Peter’s course desk and on Birchgold’s screens. The machine assembles. The person who knows the subject, or the floor, still signs. If you want a shop that promises you can stop looking, look somewhere else.
