2. General Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital services and custom development work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined in this policy.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription services:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • After 7 Days: No refunds are available after the 7-day period, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription services:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • After 14 Days: Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused months, minus a 20% processing fee.
  • Minimum Usage: If you have used more than 30% of the service features or resources, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

4. Custom Development Projects

4.1 Project-Based Work

For custom development and consulting services:

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required to begin work.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made upon completion of project milestones are non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date, including any unbilled hours.
  • Unsatisfactory Work: If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to make revisions according to the original project scope at no additional cost.

4.2 Scope Changes

Changes to project scope after work has begun may affect pricing and timelines. Additional charges for scope changes are non-refundable.

5. One-Time Services and Products

For one-time purchases such as chatbot setups, integrations, or other standalone services:

  • 48-Hour Guarantee: Request a refund within 48 hours if the service has not been delivered or implemented.
  • After Delivery: Once the service has been delivered or implemented, refunds are only available if the service fails to meet the specifications outlined in your order.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues arise from our implementation, we will work to resolve them at no additional cost rather than issue a refund.

6. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after services have been rendered
  • Failure to use the service or access your account
  • Lack of understanding of the service features before purchase
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account termination
  • Third-party service or platform issues beyond our control
  • Failure to provide necessary information or access required for service delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Issues arising from your own technical infrastructure or internet connection

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

9. Partial Refunds

In lieu of refunds, we may offer service credits in certain situations:

  • Service quality issues that do not warrant a full refund
  • As goodwill gestures for customer satisfaction

Service credits are applied to your account and can be used for future services. They are non-transferable and do not expire as long as your account remains active.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by force majeure events.

13. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. However, any changes will not affect refund requests for purchases made prior to the policy change.
